Stephen Ministry is an intentional lay ministry that trains and equips people of our congregation to provide confidential, one-on-one Christ-centered care to individuals facing a personal challenge or crisis. 

It is truly Christ caring for people through people.

Salem is blessed with the presence of an energetic group of Stephen Ministers who serve as instruments in the hands of God. 

Salem is fully committed to provide care for all members of our community who need it.
