Hymns, scripture, confession, prayers, the laying on of hands anointing with oil ...an opportunity, in a quiet service, to seek strength, comfort, help, healing, for oneself, for a loved one, to support others who come.... We will also use these services to pray for our nation, for those grieving, and for peace. the reason for Salem church's existence. It says this: We are a community
gathered by the grace of God...a community serving Christ in one another, and
Christ in his world...a family nourished, affirmed, challenged, blessed, and
redeemed by the gospel of God's love beyond our deserving.
