Historical Old Salem invites the congregation and the community to attend our annual Members and Friends meeting on Sunday September 19th from 2-4PM. We will have a brief annual meeting followed by an entertaining presentation and refreshments. We are located at 701 Ingleside Avenue, just south of Route 40. Historical Old Salem is seeking new members for 2 year terms on the Board of Directors. We meet 5 times a year to plan bus trips and other fund raisers, organize activities held at Old Salem, arrange repairs and maintenance, etc. If interested, please contact Claire Graham at 410-566-5120.

Historical Old Salem's Fall Bus Trip will be a murder mystery weekend! Please join us as we travel to Gettysburg on Friday October 22nd. First, we'll tour the American Civil War Museum and the Visitor's Center and Cyclorama. In the afternoon, have lunch on your own, and free time for sightseeing and shopping. We'll have dinner at the Inn at Herr's Ridge, and then participate in our murder mystery, "The Diary of the Burning Woman". Afterwards, we'll go back to our motel for games and fellowship. On Saturday morning, we'll have continental breakfast at our motel before touring the battlefield with an onboard docent. We'll stop for lunch, and visit the Eisenhower Home and Farm on the way home. Cost is $200 per person, double occupancy. Additional information is posted on the kiosk, or request a flyer from any Historical Old Salem board member. For reservations, please call Beverly at 410-744-2448.
